Daikaya Menus
A funky & cool Izakaya located on the second floor of Daikaya. Featuring modern Japanese pub fare, sushi & sashimi with fish flown in from Japan, live DJ on the weekends, weekday bar happy hour deals, and a rare Japanese whisky collection. Perfect for groups, dates, celebrations, solo dining, and everything in between! Reservations are available for the Izakaya.
The Ramen Menu is not available in the Izakaya and can only be ordered on the first floor of Daikaya.

The Ramen Menu is only available on the first floor of Daikaya. We don't accept reservations for the Ramen Shop, and tables are seated on a walk-in basis.
The second floor of Daikaya is our Izakaya concept with a separate menu and experience, but DOES NOT offer the ramen menu.
RAMEN MENU (1st Floor)
All bowls (except for the veggie, hiyashi chuka, and ramen specials) are topped with wok-charred garlic, onions, bean sprouts, ground pork, chashu, scallions, and nori. Our noodles are made and imported by Nishiyama Noodle Company from Sapporo, Japan, according to our recipe we developed there.-

This ramen most shows off the unique nuance of our Chintan stock. It is our most delicate and aromatic ramen.
